Toyota Korea Unveils 24-Hour AI Call Center for Service Reservations

Toyota Korea has launched the ’24-Hour AI Call Center for Service Reservations’ for the maintenance of Lexus and Toyota vehicles.

The ’24-Hour AI Call Center for Service Reservations’ features a voice bot service that assists customers in real-time with their service reservations. Customers can easily make, change, or cancel service appointments.

Utilizing advanced voice recognition technology that accurately understands customer voice requests, the service is linked with a real-time API (Application Programming Interface) server that connects customer information, allowing AI to inform customers of the earliest available appointment times.

Recognizing the high percentage of service appointment reservations made via phone calls, the introduction of this AI call center aims to enhance customer convenience while maintaining existing service processes through Toyota and Lexus dealer service centers and customer applications nationwide.

Manabu Konyama, President of Toyota Korea, stated, “The introduction of this ’24-Hour AI Call Center for Service Reservations’ aims to significantly improve customer convenience. We will actively employ digitalization in the service area, which is crucial for customer satisfaction, and do our best to enhance customer service.”
