Hyundai Takes Bold Steps to Recruit Skilled Technical Workers

Hyundai Motor Company is making a concerted effort to recruit skilled technical talent.

The company has designated this recruitment drive as the “Mobility Technical Talent Recruitment” to actively respond to changing industry trends, including vehicle electrification and manufacturing technology innovation, by selecting individuals with various capabilities and expertise.

Eligibility requires applicants to have graduated from high school or higher, with no restrictions based on age or gender. (Note: Men must have completed or be exempt from military service.)

Document submission will take place from the 2nd (Thursday) to the 12th (Sunday) for a total of 11 days on Hyundai’s recruitment website (https://talent.hyundai.com). The announcement of successful document screening will be by the end of March.

The interview process will consist of two phases, with the first phase scheduled from April to early June, and the second phase from May to the end of June.

Each phase will include a first interview, personality test, second interview, and physical examination, with final successful candidates being announced in July. Following training, new hires are expected to be placed on-site between September and October.

A Hyundai representative stated, “Since this is the first recruitment of skilled employees in 10 years, we plan to conduct it under fair and transparent procedures.”
