Kia announced on the 6th that it will conduct ongoing graduate recruitment until the 20th of March.

This recruitment will target a total of 33 job roles across various departments and sectors including ▲eLCV (Electric Light Commercial Vehicle) business ▲Customer Experience ▲Customer Safety ▲Special Projects ▲Domestic Production Support ▲Production Planning ▲Powertrain (PT) business ▲Product ▲Purchasing ▲Research and Development ▲AutoLand Hwaseong ▲AutoLand Gwangmyeong ▲AutoLand Gwangju.

During the recruitment period, Kia will hold recruitment information sessions featuring current employees and HR personnel. The sessions will provide detailed consultations about the recruitment process and the roles available, catering to the queries and information needs of job seekers.

Kia will also host offline recruitment information sessions at 13 universities located in Seoul and the metropolitan area starting from the 6th. Additionally, online recruitment information sessions utilizing the metaverse will be conducted on the 10th and 17th of March.

Since the second half of last year, Kia has implemented a hybrid recruitment method. They conduct ongoing monthly recruitment by job roles in the first half of the year, while consolidated recruitment by sector will take place in the second half.

For detailed information regarding Kia’s graduate recruitment in the first half of the year, updates will be available on Kia’s recruitment website (career.kia.com) at the beginning of each month.
