BMW Unveils Exciting New Hydrogen and Electric Models at 2023 Seoul Mobility Show

BMW Group Korea will unveil its first hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, the BMW iX5 Hydrogen, along with the limited edition fully electric model, the MINI Electric Resolute Edition, and the 100 Years special model of BMW Motorrad, the R 18 100 Years, at the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show, which opens on the 31st. A total of 24 models will be displayed, including one model making its debut in Asia.

BMW Group Korea aims to present another vision of a future with zero emissions through the hydrogen fuel cell model, showcasing innovative electric models across all brands: BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad.

Beginning with the theme “The future created by BMW, and beyond,” the BMW iX5 Hydrogen prototype—the brand’s first hydrogen fuel cell model—will make its debut in Korea. A range of fully electric models will also be exhibited, including the new iX1, BMW’s first small electric SAV, and the flagship fully electric sedan, the new i7, along with models like the i4 M50 and iX M60.

BMW’s high-performance brand M will also present its latest ultra-high-performance models. This includes the new XM, an ultra-high-performance SAV exclusive to the M brand, the new M3 Touring that perfectly supports an active lifestyle, the new X7 M60i, and the high-performance flagship coupe model M850i Gran Coupe, all promising to deliver the exhilarating driving pleasure represented by BMW M.

MINI will reveal the limited edition model of the electric variant, the “MINI Electric Resolute Edition,” capturing the iconic design heritage of the MINI at the theme of “The future found in a MINI that loves preferences.” Additionally, they will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the MINI Convertible with the “MINI Convertible Seaside Edition.”

Furthermore, models like the “MINI JCW Clubman” and “MINI JCW Countryman,” which embody the motorsport DNA and stylish design of MINI’s performance brand JCW, will attract visitors with their dynamic charm and vibrant personality.

BMW Motorrad will publicly present its limited edition R 18 100 Years, celebrating its centenary under the theme “100 Years and Another 100 Years.”

Moreover, the 100th anniversary heritage limited edition R nineT 100 Years and the fully electric motorcycle BMW CE 04, which promises to deliver the joy of emission-free riding, will also be showcased.
