On March 18 (Saturday), Stellantis Korea will hold a test drive event called ‘Cafe Day’ across official Peugeot showrooms, featuring the eco-friendly electric vehicles e-208 and e-2008 SUV.
The Peugeot Cafe Day is a customer experience event held monthly, showcasing different themes and concepts. This month, in line with the announcement of the government’s electric vehicle subsidy policy, the event is designed for customers to directly test drive the e-208 and e-2008 SUV to experience the exceptional driving comfort of Peugeot electric vehicles.
The theme of the event, ‘ZERO’, aims to highlight the unique aspects of Peugeot electric vehicles: no noise or vibration, 100% subsidized costs, and limitless driving experiences provided by innovative design and advanced i-Cockpit technology.
The e-2008 SUV garners attention as an urban compact electric SUV with a reasonable price and excellent marketability. It can travel 260 km on a full charge, with a combined efficiency of 4.9 km/kWh.
Using a 100 kW fast charger, the battery can be charged to 80% in about 30 minutes. The price of the 2022 model e-2008 SUV is 52.9 million won for the Allure trim and 54.9 million won for the GT trim, but with the subsidy benefits, it can be purchased from just over 40 million won.
The e-208, a compact hatchback electric model, has gained recognition for its product value, being named a best-selling electric vehicle in Europe in 2022. It is capable of traveling up to 280 km on a single charge, with a combined efficiency of 5.4 km/kWh. The pricing for the 2022 Allure trim is 49 million won and 53 million won for the GT trim, which can be available from around the mid-30 million won range with subsidies.
Additionally, a special experiential program matching the ‘ZERO’ theme will be available. On the event day, customers who complete the electric vehicle test drive can participate in a class creating a carbon-neutral, eco-friendly aroma stone diffuser. They can create their own diffuser using oils like bergamot, lavender, and sea salt, combined with one of five types of stones including volcanic rock, lava stone, and resin stone.
The Peugeot Cafe Day will take place on March 18 (Saturday) from 1 PM across 9 official Peugeot showrooms nationwide.
