Celebrating Excellence: The 2022 Audi Dealer Awards Highlights

Audi Korea held the ‘2022 Audi Dealer Awards,’ recognizing outstanding performance in sales and after-sales service during the past year among Audi dealerships and employees.

The ‘Audi Dealer Awards’ is an event aimed at encouraging the hard work of dealerships and employees who have dedicated themselves to customer service satisfaction throughout the year, awarding those who have demonstrated the best performance and results in various fields. The awards were determined based on a comprehensive assessment of scores across various metrics, including sales, after-sales service, service quality, and customer satisfaction, covering a total of 12 categories including sales, after-sales service, and marketing.

In the ‘2022 Audi Dealer Awards,’ the ‘Dealer of the Year’ award was given to CEO Jang In-woo from Go Jin Motors. The ‘Best Sales’ category honored CEOs Kim Jae-young (Go Jin Motors) and Hong Seong-in (Kolon Auto), while the ‘Best After-Sales’ category was awarded to Director Jang Deok-se from Go Jin Motors. In the ‘Best Marketing’ category, winners were CEO Kim Min-gyu (Iron Auto) and CEO Jeon Tae-hee (Kolon Auto). Managers Lim Ji-sam (Kolon Auto) and Kwak Cheol-hee (Go Jin Motors) were recognized in the ‘Best Sales Team’ category, and the ‘Best New Car Sales Advisor’ award went to Advisors Lee Joo-ho (Jung San Motors), Kim Sang-min (Wi Bon Motors), and Lee Jong-kyu (Han Seo Motors).

For the related category of Audi Certified Used Cars, Advisors Kim Du-man (Yukaro Automobile) and Kim Gi-hwa (Wi Bon Motors) were each recognized as ‘Best Used Car Sales Advisors’, while Manager Lee Ho-young (Wi Bon Motors) and Director Jang Jin-young (Han Young Motors) were awarded in the ‘Best Used Car Sales Team’ category.

In the after-sales category, Manager Kim Young-seok (Go Jin Motors) received the ‘Top Service Manager’ award, Director Kwon Young-seob (Iron Auto) won in the ‘Top Body Shop’ category, and Director Jo Sang-geun (Han Seo Motors) was recognized for ‘Customer Service Satisfaction’. Additionally, Manager Lee Woo-jin (Go Jin Motors) received the award for ‘Top Parts Manager’.

Meanwhile, Audi currently has a total of 10 official dealers, including the newly recruited Bayern Auto in 2022, and operates a total of 38 showrooms and 41 official after-sales service centers nationwide, as well as 12 certified used car showrooms.
