Samcheoni Motors, an official dealer of BMW Group Korea, has opened the largest BMW Gunpo Service Center in the southwestern area of Gyeonggi Province.
Located in Dangjeong-dong, Gunpo-si, the Samcheoni Motors BMW Gunpo Service Center spans approximately 12,434 square meters with five floors above ground and one basement floor. It is characterized not only as a service center but also as a complex cultural facility that offers various leisure and cultural benefits.
The BMW Gunpo Service Center features a total of 70 work bays, including 16 for bodywork and 12 for painting, ensuring fast and professional maintenance services. Furthermore, it guarantees excellent service quality through specialized areas such as the electric vehicle maintenance space, the ‘M Performance Garage’ for M models, and the ‘BMW Meister Lab’ staffed with top-level BMW master technicians and dedicated teams.
In addition, a dedicated service advisor system for continuous communication with customers and responsible maintenance, a guaranteed return service within 2 hours for vehicles with replaced consumables, and a one-care service that allows general maintenance while repairing accident-damaged vehicles are all in place to maximize customer satisfaction.
A premium customer lounge has also been established for visitors. It includes various leisure spaces such as a screen golf course, a women’s lounge offering nail care services, and a Netflix service zone to enhance the convenience of customers.
