BMW Korea introduces the ‘BMW Excellence Club’ with enhanced premium benefits.
The BMW Excellence Club is a premium membership program that offers a variety of differentiated customer experiences and special benefits in addition to basic vehicle management for customers purchasing BMW luxury class models, including the 7 Series, 8 Series, and X7.
With the reinforcement of the BMW Excellence Club benefits, BMW Korea has prepared a total of 12 premium services. First, BMW Excellence Club members can enjoy the ‘Handover Ceremony,’ a special delivery event held at the BMW Driving Center’s delivery lounge, free of charge, as well as receive a 200,000 won BMW Driving Center voucher and various special gifts.
Additionally, customers using Incheon International Airport will receive a premium mobility service called ‘Airport Service,’ which offers vehicle storage and pickup & delivery service for a total of 9 times free of charge for three years from the date of vehicle delivery. Customer vehicles will be stored for up to 4 nights and 5 days after undergoing inspection and washing services at the BMW Driving Center.
Moreover, customers traveling or working in Seoul, Busan, or Jeju can use the luxury class SAV model, the BMW X7, free for up to 72 hours. This service is provided once within one year from the vehicle delivery date.
Other benefits include a one-year membership to the Arts Center, which includes discounts on performances and exhibitions, early booking services, discounts at partner stores, and premium services; premium spa vouchers; and a choice of one program from ‘Luxury Life Program’ that includes fine dining restaurants, pro golfer accompanied rounds, staycations, and exclusive shopping sessions in department stores.
There are also AS benefits available for BMW luxury classes. Starting with a ‘Welcome Service Call’ to check customer satisfaction and inconveniences three months after delivery, the club offers pickup and delivery services that eliminate the hassle of visiting service centers. If the car is inoperable or under repair for more than two days, a loaner car is provided free of charge, along with a 3-year/200,000 km exclusive warranty applicable only to luxury class vehicles and proactive vehicle inspection services offered before the warranty period expires, all tailored to BMW luxury class vehicle owners.
The new BMW Excellence Club benefits will begin with the recently launched flagship SAV model, the New X7, and will expand to the upcoming flagship sedan, the New 7 Series and i7 set for official launch this month, and customers of the iX M60 and New 8 Series starting delivery in 2023.
