Volkswagen’s GeoHouse Expands Service Center in Gwangju: A New Era of Customer Service

GeoHouse, the official Volkswagen dealer in the Gwangju and Jeollanam-do regions, is relocating and expanding its Gwangju service center.

To meet the increasing demand from customers in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, where the preference for imported cars is rising, GeoHouse has moved and expanded its Gwangju service center to Songha-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju (32 Songam-ro). This relocation improves accessibility for customers in the area and provides a more comfortable space with quick and efficient services.

The expanded Gwangju service center, covering a total floor area of 6,192.5㎡, consists of 4 above-ground floors and 1 basement level. It is equipped with 13 work bays for general maintenance and 2 work bays each for bodywork and painting, allowing servicing of up to 40 vehicles per day. This enhancement aims to reduce repair scheduling and wait times, thereby increasing service convenience and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the center has secured 85 spacious parking spaces and has created a larger, more pleasant customer lounge compared to the previous location, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for visiting customers.

CEO Kwak Deung-yeon stated, “With the expansion and relocation of the Gwangju service center, we can now meet the expectations of customers in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, where demand for imported cars is the highest in Honam.” He added, “We will continue to strive to offer precise and high-quality maintenance and inspection services in Gwangju and the surrounding areas.”

Meanwhile, as an official Volkswagen dealer, GeoHouse operates a total of 3 service centers in Gwangju, Jeonju, and Suncheon, along with 3 showrooms and one certified used car exhibition space in the same regions.
