Renault Korea announced sales conditions for November, allowing customers to secure guaranteed residual values. Models from Renault Korea can also enjoy the benefits of the reduced individual consumption tax, which will be in effect until the end of the year, along with fast delivery.
The sales conditions prepared by Renault Korea for November include a smart installment plan that guarantees the vehicle’s residual value. This smart installment plan reduces monthly payments by deferring a certain amount of the installment. Instead, customers can either repay the cash at the end of the term, extend the installment, or return the vehicle if they wish. The smart installment is available for the XM3, SM6, and QM6, allowing customers to choose between 36 to 60 months.
Renault Korea officially launched the XM3 E-TECH Hybrid on the 28th of last month and began sales. The XM3 E-TECH Hybrid is evaluated as a model that is closest to an electric vehicle, capable of driving 75% of the time in electric mode in urban areas below 50 km. Additionally, depending on the battery’s remaining capacity and the speed of operation, customers can opt for 100% electric mode. A regenerative braking mode called B mode has also been applied, which charges the battery when decelerating.
The E-TECH hybrid system of the XM3 has been developed by incorporating hybrid technology know-how from Renault Group’s F1 machines. It consists of a dual motor system made up of a drive electric motor (36kW/205Nm) and a high-voltage starter motor with generation capabilities (15kW/50Nm), paired with a 1.6 gasoline engine optimized for hybrid use and a clutchless multi-mode gearbox.
Additionally, Renault Korea has launched the “Fill” trim, combining the SM6 SE and LE trims. Popular convenience features are included as standard, along with a price reduction.
The Fill trim is priced at 27,440,000 KRW, which is 940,000 KRW cheaper than the existing LE trim, and includes standard features such as LED Pure Vision headlights, full LED rear combination lamps, and dynamic turn signals, which consumers preferred in the LE trim. Moreover, a full-option configuration with all the selected features like highway and traffic jam driving assistance, emergency braking assistance, inter-vehicle distance warning, blind spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, parking steering assistance, 360-degree parking assist, in-car payment, assist call, front seat ventilation, and power passenger seat can be purchased for 30,050,000 KRW.
