Renault Korea Launches Exciting Customer Events Amid Revamped Showroom Design

Renault Korea is also preparing to operate flagship stores where visiting customers can experience all vehicle models and receive more detailed service. For example, at the flagship store currently operating in Gwangju Gallery, a separate indoor delivery area has been set up to allow customers to thoroughly check their vehicles before delivery regardless of the weather conditions.

Meanwhile, Renault Korea has commenced pre-orders for the XM3 E-TECH Hybrid since October 1st. This vehicle has garnered significant attention, surpassing 4,000 pre-orders as of the 6th of this month.

The XM3 E-TECH Hybrid features the closest hybrid drive system to an electric vehicle, allowing for up to 75% electric vehicle mode driving in urban areas at speeds below 50 km/h. Additionally, it offers an ‘EV button’ that allows for 100% electric vehicle mode driving according to battery capacity and speed, and a ‘B-mode’ that enables battery charging while decelerating similarly to engine braking by lifting off the accelerator pedal.

The dual motor system, consisting of a drive electric motor (36kW and 205Nm) and a high-voltage starter motor with generation function (15kW and 50Nm), combines with a clutchless multi-mode gearbox optimized for the hybrid, providing high energy efficiency and dynamic driving performance.

The XM3 E-TECH Hybrid is receiving acclaim as the best hybrid vehicle from both experts and actual customers in the European market, having been launched earlier than in South Korea. The WLTP combined fuel economy for the XM3 E-TECH Hybrid in Europe is 20.4 km/l, and when applying South Korean standards, an estimated certified fuel economy of 80-85% of the European level is expected.
