Lexus Korea is conducting the ‘2022 Lexus Service Campaign’ for customers using the mobile app until October 31.
This service campaign is available to customers who sign up for the Lexus Lounge mobile app and complete vehicle registration. Customers can download coupons from the event page within the app and present them at the dealer service center to receive discounts.
Eligible customers will receive discounts such as 10% off tires, 10% off hybrid main batteries, and 50% off ‘injector cleaner,’ which helps improve fuel efficiency by cleaning the inside of the engine. Various promotions are also offered at service centers nationwide. Additionally, any customer entering for service can receive free tire inspection services.
The Lexus Lounge mobile app offers convenient access to vehicle management information, including real-time reservations and service history viewing at service centers. Customers can also enjoy a range of benefits that complement a luxury lifestyle, including membership perks at hotels, restaurants, and spas, as well as a lounge stamp program that rewards users with stamps based on app activity.
Kang Dae-hwan, Executive Director of Lexus Korea, stated, “Interest in the Lexus Lounge app, which provides the necessary information for vehicle maintenance and management, such as real-time reservations and service history checks, has been steadily increasing among our customers,” and added, “We have prepared this service campaign to inform and encourage more customers to use our app services.”
