Unveiling 103 Years of Heritage: Bentley’s New ‘Heritage Garage’

Bentley has opened a new exhibition hall called ‘Heritage Garage’ at its headquarters in Crewe, showcasing representative models symbolizing Bentley’s 103-year history and tradition.

The newly opened ‘Heritage Garage’ features 22 of the 42 cars from the Bentley Heritage Collection, focusing on models produced since 1946, when production began at Bentley Crewe. With the opening of the ‘Heritage Garage’, Bentley Motors can now display key models that illuminate its 103-year history since its founding in 1919, alongside those exhibited at another of Bentley’s historical showcases, the ‘CW1 House.’

Thanks to the opening of the ‘Heritage Garage’, visitors to Bentley Motors can meet perfectly preserved historic models that are in a condition capable of being driven on real roads. This includes eight models that showcase Bentley’s rich motorsport history, such as the Bentley Speed 8, which triumphed at Le Mans 24 and the Continental GT3, which set a record at Pikes Peak.

The ‘Heritage Garage’, which took a total of 18 months to prepare, is designed to evoke the feel of a brick garage reminiscent of the 1930s, and the exhibition space is not just limited to displaying vehicles but will also be utilized for events.

In the ‘Heritage Garage’ and ‘CW1 House’, models like the EXP2, Bentley Blower, 1929 Speed Six, 1930 Bentley 8-Litre, Bentley Mark VI, 1952 Type R Continental, 1963 S3 Bentley Standard Saloon, and 1991 Turbo R will be on display.
