Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles Opens New Service Center in Gunsan: A Step Towards Enhanced Customer Care

Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles held an opening ceremony to celebrate the launch of its new direct service center in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do, and is now providing vehicle maintenance services in earnest.

Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles is expanding its direct service centers in key accessible locations to provide customized maintenance services for its customers. Alongside enhancing service quality, the company is also investing in various service programs necessary for vehicle inspections and maintenance management to bolster infrastructure.

Approximately 250 attendees, including Gunsan Mayor Kang Im-jun, Gunsan City Council Chairman Kim Young-il, Tata Daewoo President Kim Bang-sin, Vice President Anil Sinha, and Tata Daewoo Sales Representative Kim Jung-woo, were present to celebrate the opening of the direct service center.

The newly opened Chung-Ho-Nam direct service center is part of an initiative to expand the vehicle maintenance network, established by Tata Daewoo to strengthen customer service in the Chung-Ho-Nam region. The facility spans a total area of 9,974㎡ and is equipped with work bays capable of simultaneously servicing 11 medium to large vehicles, along with the latest state-of-the-art equipment for precise vehicle maintenance. Additionally, amenities have been provided for long-haul truck drivers, and various supporting facilities and service programs for waiting customers are expected to be offered.

Kim Bang-sin, President of Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles, stated, “With the opening of this direct service center, we can now provide high-quality vehicle maintenance services to our customers residing in the Chung-Ho-Nam region.” He added, “We plan to continuously invest in infrastructure and expand direct service centers to enhance our service network and quality further.”
