Volkswagen Financial Services Korea Enhances V-Click App for a Seamless User Experience

Volkswagen Financial Services Korea is rolling out an update to its official mobile app ‘V-Click’.

The V-Click app from Volkswagen Financial Services Korea is the first platform for non-face-to-face auto finance contracts for imported cars, allowing users to handle everything from vehicle purchase contracts to aftercare in one place. Customers can easily check and manage various information after purchasing a vehicle, such as contract status, monthly payment amounts, payment details, and repayment schedules, making it an essential app for Volkswagen and Audi customers.

This update has introduced a ‘Simple Authentication Login’ and a ‘Document Email Sending Feature,’ further enhancing the convenience of V-Click. First, by registering for simple authentication login via Kakao or PASS after logging in through email, users can log in from the second time onwards using just the simple authentication certificate without needing their email address and password.

With the ‘Document Email Sending Feature’, customers can directly issue various documents, such as transaction records, financial transaction confirmation letters, contract confirmation letters, and non-default confirmation letters, to the email they input.

Volkswagen Financial Services Korea is committed to providing differentiated benefits and convenience for its customers. Moreover, they plan to develop the V-Click app not just as a temporary tool for contract signing but as a genuine automotive finance platform that can be continuously utilized for managing vehicles and financial assets.
